The booking can be cancelled without penalty before 4:00 pm of the day before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel has the right to charge an amount equal to the cost of the first night. The prepaid rate is non-refundable and cannot be changed.

For companies affiliated with the hotel, the reservation may be cancelled without penalty until 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. Different arrangements can be made at the time of booking.

No payment is required when booking. Your credit card is only required as a guarantee.

Child policy

For children from 0 to 3 years, accommodation, with 1 extra bed in parents' room, and breakfast are free.

Tourism tax

Since April 2, 2012, the Municipality of Turin introduced the tourist tax aimed at improving tourism services and welcoming in the territory.

Its application is the responsibility of the City that will collect the proceeds. This tax must be paid by the customer at the time of departure in the amount of €2,80/person per night. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
